8 Days in Cairo with
Katie Shaarany and Debbie Smith

An intimate, small-group Egypt experience in December 2026

A bespoke tour of Cairo with a focus on dance, but inclusive of a range of Egyptian cultural expression- designed for dancers and non-dancers

Last December, Katie and Debbie had the joy of welcoming a small group of travelers to Cairo for a deeply immersive journey through the city. It was a smooth, meaningful, and genuinely successful trip that was built on connection, trust, and care.

Because of how special that experience was, we are now preparing to offer this tour again.

〰️

Cairo 2026 〰️

Our tour isn’t about seeing everything.

It’s about seeing the right things, in the right way.

  • A small group of 12 travelers, allowing for flexibility and connection

  • A thoughtfully paced itinerary with room to breathe

  • Trusted local insight and smooth logistics throughout

  • Space for conversation, reflection, and shared moments

  • Personal attention from arrival to departure

The result is a tour that feels curated, personal, and memorable, rather than overwhelming, rushed, and “cookie-cutter.”

IN THEIR WORDS

Reflections from last year’s travelers

“Absolutely magical from start to finish! Seeing the pyramids and the Sphinx was a dream come true! And actually going inside a pyramid- was beyond incredible! Not a dull moment! The guided tours through historical landmarks, the shows, the restaurants as well as the new Grand Egyptian Museum! The only thing you're left wanting is, to stay!
Katie, Debbie, and Karim were phenomenal hosts—warm, attentive, and incredibly detail-oriented. We felt completely safe and so well taken care of the entire time. Every moment was thoughtfully planned and genuinely memorable. Already excited to see what they dream up for the next adventure!”

George, Puerto Rico

“It was absolutely everything I wanted and more. I felt supported and safe. I was informed the whole time, and they were available to answer any questions I had at any time. It was a perfect balance of scheduled and relaxed enough. There was enough for dance enthusiasts, history and charm.”

Monica, New York, NY

“The trip was a great blend of an inclusive resort style attention while still enjoying all the cultural adventures of being in the world of every-day Cairo life. We felt like family visiting and we were taken around to enjoy the best sights and meals without have to worry about any of the logistics.”

Raena, Dallas, TX.

The Experience, As It Unfolds

Our tour isn’t built around ticking boxes or rushing from place to place. Instead, it unfolds gradually, allowing you to settle into Cairo, understand its layers, and experience the city in your own way.

Across our time together in Cairo, the days move through moments like these:

Arriving with no hassle

From the moment you land, everything is handled — smooth transfers, comfortable accommodation, and shared meals that allow the group to arrive, exhale, and begin connecting.

Living history, up close

We explore Cairo’s ancient world and its living neighborhoods side by side- from monumental sites to quiet streets, markets, and spaces where daily life continues as it has for generations.

Time to wander and absorb

There is room in the experience to slow down, browse markets, sit for coffee or tea, and take in the city at your own rhythm, supported, but never rushed.

Evenings filled with atmosphere

Nights unfold in different ways: rooftop dinners with city views, live music, traditional performances, and vibrant local venues that reveal Cairo after dark.

Comfort woven throughout

Transportation is private and air-conditioned, days are thoughtfully paced, and accommodations are chosen for ease and rest allowing you to enjoy Cairo fully without fatigue.

Dance and beyond

In addition to a private, optional opportunity to dance with an Egyptian band, our tour focuses on multiple types of dance, music and cultural expression. This is an itinerary that will satisfy dancers AND non-dancers and that highlights the diversity of Egyptian culture.

Our tour is carefully guided from start to finish, allowing you to move through Cairo with confidence, curiosity, and a sense of ease.
